Call Waiting
Call Waiting gives you the convenience of receiving incoming calls while you are on another call. You are alerted by a beep to the incoming call. Press flash or talk button on your phone and you will be connected to the incoming caller. To return to the original caller press flash or talk button again.
Call Forwarding
Call Forwarding allows you to forward your incoming calls to a Regular Telephone or Cellular number. You can forward your calls when your line is busy, or when you are unavailable.
Call Forward All Calls: To forward all your incoming calls, dial:
21 + telephone number to forward calls to + #
To deactivate, dial: #21
Call Forward Busy: To forward incoming calls when your line is busy, dial:
22 + telephone number to forward all calls to + #
To deactivate, dial #22
Call Forward No Answer: To forward incoming calls when no one answers your telephone, dial:
*61 + telephone number to forward all calls to + #
To deactivate, dial #61
*Once your VM is activated; calls would be routed to VM instead. However to forward your calls to another number you must deactivate your Voice Mail feature.
Three Way Calling
Three Way Calling allows you to talk to two other parties at the same time whether they are on a Regular Telephone or Cellular phone. You can initiate the calls, or you can include other parties in a conversation you are already having.
Make your first call. Once it is established press flash or talk button on your phone and wait for a dial tone. Dial the telephone number of the second person you wish to talk to. Once the second call has been established, press the flash or talk button once again to connect all parties.
Speed Dialing
Store up to ten frequently called telephone numbers and access them using 1 or 2 digit codes.
To add a new telephone number to your speed dialing list, dial:
51 + desired short code (no more than 2 digits) + telephone number + #
To use speed dialing, dial:
* + desired short code + #
Caller Id
Caller Id allows you to view date, time and caller’s name/number before picking up the call. PrePaid numbers, International numbers and numbers with CLIR (Caller Line Identification Restriction) will not be displayed.
Voice Mail
Voice Mail automatically answers calls when you are on the phone, out of the service area or away. You have the option to personalize your Voice Mail with a greeting, especially since callers are more likely to leave a message if they hear your voice. Once a new message is in the mailbox, you will hear a stutter dial tone or see a flashing light. To set up your mailbox or retrieve your messages, dial 134. Telephone customers can retrieve messages from another phone by dialling 133+ the number.
Accessing Your Voice Mail (when Roaming)
Cell Phone
- Dial +50161091341 from your handset.
- Upon hearing the welcome message, enter your cell phone number followed by star (*) e.g. 6101111*
- You will then be prompted to enter your password followed by star (*) e.g. 123456*
- You have now successfully accessed your mailbox and should follow the automated attendant

Advanced Features of Voice Mail
What is it?
Advanced Features of Voice Mail has now taken the voice mail feature to another level and has created more for you! You now have the option to do things such as creating voice recordings for different scenarios, send voice mails to email or even to a fax.

What Can it do?
Change your password
- This allows you to change your password for your voice mail inbox without having to use your phone.
Change your mailbox language
- This feature allows you to change the automated assistant’s language as well as your message notifications to either Spanish or English.
Link an email address to your Voice Mail
- You have the option of attaching up to two email addresses to your voice mail so that when a voice mail is received, it can go directly to your email address and can be retrieved from there as well.
Create a voicemail signature
- This allows you to input your name in the message that plays when the voice mail feature picks up.
Create four personalized Voice Mail greetings
- These greetings can be created to fit different scenarios. For example, if the person has their phone turned off or if the line is busy, these situations can have their own voice mail greeting.
Link a fax number to your Voice Mail
- The fax feature will allow you to attach a fax number to your PostPaid number.
- This feature will allow you to retrieve a voice mail with a fax attachment in it.
Sending a fax
- Insert the document you want to fax
- Dial 610-9134 from a fax machine
- Upon hearing the automated attendant enter the PostPaid number immediately
- After entering the PostPaid number you will be prompted to either leave a message or press 3 to send a fax
- Upon pressing 3, you will then hear the fax tone
- Once the fax tone is heard hit the send button and the document will be sent.
Retrieving a fax:
- Dial 610-9134 from the fax number you have attached to your PostPaid number
- Upon hearing the automated attendant enter your PostPaid number immediately
- You will be given an option to retrieve a fax. You should choose that option.
- Once you have chosen the option to retrieve the fax, you will receive your fax document.
Who has it?
This new Value Added Service will automatically be given to all DigiCell and Telemedia PostPaid customers.

Caller Line Identification Restriction (CLIR)
CLIR gives you complete privacy of your listed or unlisted number by restricting the number when you make calls. Your number will not show up on the Caller ID display of the person you are calling.
Unlisted Number
Unlisted number ensures that your number is not listed in the annual telephone directory nor is made available from directory assistance service.
Group Hunt
Group Hunt provides your business with a tool in ensuring that you provide the necessary service to your clients. You are provided with several phone lines, however only one number is advertised. When your clients call the number, if it is busy, the call will roll over to the other phone lines provided.
