The introduction of e-Bills provides our customers with the choice to make a positive contribution towards conservation by minimizing the use of paper, and it also ensures the delivery of the bill directly to the email address of choice.
Mobile, residential, business, or corporate customers who presently receive a printed bill should now subscribe to this free value added service! Signing up is easy! It only takes a onetime visit to your nearest Customer Care Center where one of our friendly and skilled Customer Service Representatives can setup this service for you in minutes. Business and Corporate Customers can sign up via email or through your sales representative.
Once subscribed to e-Bills, you will receive your monthly bill via the email address provided for the given billing cycle. In addition, you will receive an automated email response within 24 hours confirming that payment has been received. This automated response will also reflect the account balance for the given period. It's that easy!
Instantly get your e-Bill anytime, anywhere once you have access to your email account! We encourage you to sign-up for this free service and make a contribution towards saving our environment. Customers who sign up for e-Bills and forgo printed bills within the month of August will receive a special gift.
