Notice to Shareholders

Shareholders are reminded of the fourth Annual General Meeting of Belize Telemedia Limited to be held on Thursday, December 2nd, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Princess Hotel on Newtown Barracks, Belize City.
Further details are available in the notice of the meeting sent to each shareholder.
All shareholders are asked to bring along a valid Identification Card in order to gain admittance to the meeting. Only shareholders and properly appointed proxies will be allowed to attend.
If you are representing a corporation please bring along a letter of authorization from that corporation and a valid ID.
Parking for shareholders will be available at the MCC Grounds.
