BTL Opens New Customer Service Center in Benque Viejo del Carmen

Wednesday, June 30th, 2010 - Belize Telemedia Limited is pleased to announce that on Thursday, July 1st, 2010 the Company will be opening its new customer service center in Benque Viejo del Carmen, Cayo District. BTL is focused on maximizing customer satisfaction and this new customer-friendly location, with its professional staff, is aimed at providing quality service to residents and visitors of the area.
An official opening ceremony will be held on Church Street, Benque Viejo Del Carmen at 1 p.m. The keynote address will be delivered by the Mayor, Nicholas Ruiz and Mr. Nestor Vasquez, Chairman, BTL, will deliver an address on behalf of the Company. In addition, a brand new bus-stop situated at the entrance of Benque Viejo, which is sponsored by BTL, will also be blessed and officially opened at this time. It is anticipated that this will be a festive time for residents as the award-winning Mount Carmel Marching Band will be in attendance and refreshments and music will be provided on completion of the official ceremony.
According to Mayor Ruiz, "The opening of the BTL Branch Office signals that we are together on the right path towards that more prosperous and bustling town we all envision for Benque Viejo Del Carmen. With the return of at least one major utility company's branch office, not only are we creating jobs, but the Council will now be able to receive additional revenues for the betterment of the town. Most importantly, customers will once again receive the service they deserve. Because of all these things, we all win."
The Benque Viejo Customer Service Center is located at # 1 Church Street. The opening hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays to Fridays. The Company is pleased to advise customers that this new customer service center will have an attractive, fresh look which will create a warm and welcoming ambiance and will include a child-friendly area where children can play while their parents are being attended to. This is in keeping with our focus on customer service excellence.
This new customer service center will join the other 15 locations countrywide which provide a full range of service to customers, ranging from new service installations to bill payment. |
