Notice to Shareholders

Notice is hereby given that the third Annual General Meeting of Belize Telemedia Limited will be held on Thursday, February 25th, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at the Princess Hotel on Newtown Barracks, Belize City.
Further details are available in the notice of the meeting sent to each shareholder.
All shareholders are reminded to bring along a valid Identification Card in order to gain admittance to the meeting. Shareholders and properly appointed proxies are allowed to attend.
