BTL Looks Forward to Continued Growth and Development

On Friday, September 4th, 2009, the Board of Directors of BTL had its first meeting with employees of the company. The meeting was very well attended as most employees had been expectantly waiting to hear what the new board had to say with regards to the future plans for the Company.
The meeting was extremely productive, as the Board addressed questions from staff, allaying many of their major concerns. This was an essential dialogue, as one of the main strategies of the new board is to encourage full participation of the employees in the future growth and development of the Company.
Following the meeting, many employees expressed their enthusiasm, and the general sentiment is that they are looking forward to being more innovative, creative and competitive as the Company moves forward.
This is a new, dynamic era for BTL and it is anticipated that the combination of effective management and proactive staff involvement will ensure that the Company reaches its maximum potential. |
