BTL to launch new “e-Service”

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009 - BTL is pleased to announce that on Wednesday, April 29th, 2009, the company will launch its "e-Service"; a convenient, new website which allows customers to view, print and pay bills, view call details and usage, order new services, add features to existing services, obtain support for services, and update personal information, ONLINE.
e-Service is being offered FREE of cost to all BTL customers with a postpaid telephone account. BTL's "e-Service" is very user friendly and will be available to customers in both English and Spanish. Those who wish to utilize this service are invited to visit BTL's corporate website at www.belizetelemedia.net where they will be able to access a link to the "e-Service" site. First time users will be asked to fill out a registration form online, following which they will be required to visit any BTL Customer Service Center with a valid ID to complete the registration process.
In this technologically advanced era, with customers always on the move, it is pertinent that they be provided with convenient and accessible services. With the launch of BTL's e-Service, DigiCell Premier, High Speed Internet and Fixed Line customers will no longer have to spend time waiting on the phone or standing in the line to query their phone bills or apply for new services. Once registered for the service they will be able to access their account information and order new services in the convenience of their homes or businesses, at any time of the day, whether in Belize or traveling abroad. |
