BTL to Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey

Belize Telemedia Limited remains focused on customer satisfaction. To this end, the Company is about to conduct its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is aimed at gathering much needed information to improve the standard of services offered to customers.

This survey will be conducted across a random sample of existing BTL customers with fixed telephone Lines, Cellular Phones, Internet and other related services. Areas of interest that will be targeted include service quality, product quality, service delivery, billing, reliability of network, pricing, technical support, corporate responsibility, etc. Upon completion, the results of the survey will be used to assist the Company in identifying and improving in areas that are most important to customers.

The survey will be conducted by telephone for about two weeks starting the week of Monday January 21st 2008 between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm. All individual responses will be kept confidential while the issues highlighted by customers will be addressed internally. Based on the results of the Company's last survey, BTL has since reduced prices for International calls and DigiCell prepaid calls, added a new DigiCell Executive plan with much more minutes at lower cost, expanded cellular coverage and capacity and announced the installation of its new nationwide wireless voice and internet network in early 2008.

Customers' participation in this year's survey will also help the community as the company has agreed that for every survey completed BTL will make a donation to support the Alliance Against Aids which is an Organization that supports those persons who are suffering from or affected by HIV and Aids.

BTL encourages customers to assist the Company in improving the standard of services provided while making a difference in the lives of those affected by HIV/Aids.
