Dedicated Internet Service
Dedicated Internet access allows uninterrupted access to the Internet. The customer is not required to dial a number to be connected.
Terms and Conditions:
- The dedicated access is for a minimum contract period of one year. This service will be billed quarterly with payments due in advance.
- The leased circuit installation and monthly access & line maintenance charges will be additional. Any speeds above 256K will be worked out on a case-by-case basis.
- For dedicated access, all hardware at customer's end is to be provided by the customer. However, upon recommendation the customer may acquire hardware and installation services from BTL's ITC group. Dial-up Internet Service Dial-up Internet access requires that the customer have a phone line. Only 2 Dial-up accounts are allowed per customer.
Typical Application:

Internet Usage
BTL customers are able to check their Internet Usage while they are on the net. This will keep our customers aware of their Internet usage per month as well as protect them against fraudulent usage.
Web Page Housing
BTL's web page service allows customer to tap into the unlimited scopes of the Internet, by exposing information and advertisements to millions of potential customers worldwide.
Typical Application:
Advertising for persons or businesses. Please note that the registration cost of domain name is higher due to Internet cost.
Internet Roaming
When traveling abroad, Internet Roaming is the most convenient and economical way to surf the worldwide web. With Internet Roaming, customers can access their BTL Internet account using their existing login name and password, from over one hundred and fifty countries and five thousand access points. Using their own laptop, customers can now send and receive e-mail, stay in touch with their office, business colleagues, friends and family no matter where they go. More information about the service can be found by logging into www.btl.net/roaming. Customers can apply for Internet Roaming service by either Visiting any BTL office ountrywide 1 day prior to traveling or Filling the sign up form posted on the web and faxing it to Sales Department at least 2days prior to traveling.
Roaming Charges to BTL Customers:
Customers will be billed for Roaming charges ONLY when they roam. A monthly Internet access fee and also a per minute charge will be billed. Roaming rates vary according to access point. Roaming charges will be billed in one-minute increments. All customers applying for this service must have an existing account with BTL. This account must have an excellent credit history in order to qualify for roaming service. In addition, customers may be required to pay a deposit as follows:
Limited Business
No deposit is required once the limited business takes full responsibility for all roaming charges. The roaming employees must however, present a letter written on the company's letterhead, stamped and approved by the individual authorized to sign on company's behalf. The letter must indicate that the company accepts liability for all charges incurred by the roaming employee. An account number on which the charges should be billed must also be stated in the letter.
Disclaimer:
If the employee of the limited business is unable to produce a letter from the company, he /she may be required to pay a CASH DEPOSIT or CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.
