National Toll Free

With National Toll Free service, you have the ability to provide a valuable service to your customers by allowing access to your establishments from anywhere in the country using “one number” toll-free services (such as 0-800-CALL-BTL).

Your establishment may utilize any amount of lines in a group hunt setting. For effective National Toll Free service, you are required to subscribe for a minimum of two lines or you may subscribe for additional lines or identify existing lines to be used for the service. Your establishment will be billed for usage according to a volume-based discount on our existing tariff plan.  Your customers will be able to reach your establishment faster and easier from anywhere in Belize for free. 

Dedicated Internet

Dedicated Internet access allows uninterrupted access to the Internet. Telemedia offers speeds from 128 Kbps to 2.024 Mbps.  Prices may differ according to speed and yearly contract.  You have the option of using a router for speeds above 128 Kbps.  The router serves as a firewall and provides you with added system security.  You are not required to dial a number to be connected.

Internet HotSpot

Internet HotSpot allows you to turn on your laptop or PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and immediately access the Internet at a designated HotSpot location.  You will be able to surf the Internet at any of these Telemedia HotSpot locations:
