INFRASTRUCTURE:
ICSL will rent office space or call center accommodations based on a per square foot basis, which will be flexibly provided to enable the tenants to meet their anticipated and planned expansion requirements. The accommodation / facilities can be made available in a relatively short period of time and can be easily customized to suit the needs of the tenants (e.g. separate rooms for small offices and conferences, or additional partitions to reduce noise within call centre operations).
Companies will be able to lease office space ranging from 1000 sq ft to one or two entire building facilities. These facilities will have the necessary utility installations, with the existing buildings being available for occupation in a short period of time from the date of contract signature. Water, Electricity and AC facilities are among some of the essential services that ICSL will ensure are available prior to tenants setting up business.
The park currently features seven (7) buildings with a total capacity of 50,000 sq ft of office space and administrative space, complimented by a beautifully landscaped surrounding.
The communications company will invest considerably to ensure that the quality and reliability of their data connections are of international standards. These data circuits are connected via a main fiber optic cable to each building. Within the Park, the company is installing a redundant fiber ring to increase communication resilience for its prospective customers.
The company will also provide a further level of redundancy for its international data and voice connections via the satellite dish located on the site or through the fiber optic cable rented from Telemedia.. |
